  • Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure seamless execution and adherence to financial targets.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, providing hands-on support to guarantee a flawless guest experience from setup to breakdown.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events through digital channels, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure optimal terms and quality.
  • Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations throughout all event activities.
