Purpose:
- Build relationship with clients and continuously find selling opportunities for the company’s projects.
- Build strong relationships with key clients like, potential clients, potential community.
Principal Accountability:
- Closure of 1 unit per month.
- Study the project and product very well, through continues scholars from company team and partners.
- Identify and develop relationships with new clients, to develop awareness of the project(s), its offering and benefits.
- Present to potential new clients to explain the project and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of Company’s client base throughout the market.
- Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the real estate market.
- Learn our CRM and practice all it’s ability to facilitate sales department work.
- Provide clients with sales offers, develop follow up plans on daily basis and facilitate the purchase process abide with company policy and procedure.
- Follow up on contract and handle client post sales not during sales only.
- Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly reports.
