Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Qesm El Maadi location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing presentations and proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to actively engage and build relationships with clients. Proven sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and achieving sales targets. Ability to perform market research and develop strategic sales plans based on insights. Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales tools for documentation and reporting. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. Previous experience in sales or a related field is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
