TBC is hiring a Senior Commercial Partner to own revenue generation for our training and consulting portfolio. This is a commercial ownership role, not a sales support function. You are expected to operate as a partner to the business, trusted to manage senior client conversations and protect value. Your Mandate Architect Solutions: Sell custom consulting and training engagements, not packaged courses. Full Cycle Mastery: Lead the process from discovery and framing to negotiation and close. Executive Peer: Engage CEOs, CHROs, COOs, and executive leadership as a strategic advisor. Commercial Stewardship: Structure deals that balance client value, scope, and firm margins. Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a qualified, forecastable revenue stream.
