What you’ll do:✔ Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls & emails✔ Support customers with product & service-related questions✔ Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions✔ Meet KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience
Requirements:✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills✅ Flexibility with rotational shifts
