Job Summary:Researches, recruits, screens, interviews, and refers qualified candidates for exempt positions as assigned.
Responsibilities:Partners with leadership to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required. Interviews leadership level candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Effectively source for leadership level roles using different job boards. Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee. Ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements. Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:Work experience as Full Cycle Recruiter. Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software Strong interviewing skills. Experience with social media recruiting. Exceptional communication skills. Verbal and Written.4 + years of experience in recruiting for leadership positions. Experience with contact center recruiting.
Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements In Office role, to be located in Cairo, Egypt. Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
