Virtual Worker Now is hiring a Customer Support & Order Management Specialist (US Market)
Job responsibilities: - Respond to customer support tickets quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner- Handle customer requests related to orders, returns, and general inquiries- Manage an average of 4–5 tickets per day initially, with volume expected to scale significantly by March- Communicate directly with SHEIN to track order status and resolve fulfillment issues- Provide accurate updates to customers regarding their orders and returns- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate, without compromising customer experience
Qualifications:- Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or order management- Fluent English speaker- Experience with upselling or revenue-driven support is a strong plus- Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working with external partners
