Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Specialist located in Ismailia. The Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and optimizing production schedules, monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery, and coordinating with various departments for effective resource allocation. Responsibilities also include analyzing production data, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to implement process improvements. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer requirements, ensuring high service standards, and making data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Planning to efficiently manage production schedules and optimize processes. Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate across diverse teams and articulate strategies effectively. Basic knowledge of Finance to support budgeting and resource allocation. Customer Service skills to address client requirements and ensure high satisfaction levels. Proficiency in relevant tools and software for planning and data analysis is preferred. Previous experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering. Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
