About the Role Provide e& board members, Executive committee and other stakeholders in e& group with the company performance. Compare it to the approved targets, develop justifications for variances and highlight potential risks. Analyze performance against competition and develop financial benchmarking to ensure acquiring market fair share
Responsibilities Prepare finance presentation for e& board of directors meetings which includes Etisalat Misr, MISPs and consolidated financial statements compared to the approved budget, identify variances and provide justifications and deep analysis for these variances in addition to identifying major events affecting financial performance Review and Follow up on action points assigned by the board of directors with other finance team stakeholders. Prepare finance monthly Executive committee presentation that includes Etisalat Misr, MISPs and consolidated financial statements compared to the approved budget, identify variances and provide justifications and deep analysis for these variances in addition to identifying major events affecting financial performance accompanied with CFO monthly analytical detailed backup. Review and and Follow up on action points assigned by the Executive committee members with other finance team stakeholders. Cooperate with e& corporate secretary and CFO to review board of directors and Executive committee minutes of meeting and ensure it is in line with the presented material and members requirements Prepare finance quarterly business review presentation including e& financial key performance indicators, future outlook and competitors benchmarking. Prepare monthly closing presentation to group CEO which includes and not limited to, income statement, revenue details, Capex and opex details per department. Compare it with budget/Forecasts and provide justifications for variances Prepare monthly/Quarterly financial dashboards which include full set of financial statements, Subscribers, Traffic, ARPU, Technical KPI’s, number of flagships and number of headcount. Compare it to budget and provide clear justifications about variances. Prepare quarterly competitors presentation and analysis using their official releases and all other official sources and compare it to Etisalat, this includes and not limited to revenues, service revenues, EBITDA, net profit, ARPU, Traffic and Capex
Qualifications University Degree in Accounting, Finance Excellent Computer skills, MS Office is required. Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Minimum 7 years’ Experience GSM and telecom experience in the finance or commercial fields is necessary.
Desirable Qualifications Post graduate studies (MBA, CMA) are an asset.
