About the role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires deep expertise in SEO, website management, agency brand reputation, and B2B digital communication. Job Description & Responsibilities1. Website Management & SEO Strategy• Act as the product owner for the agency website; work closely with developers and SEO specialists to ensure technical health and ongoing improvements.• Execute hyper-local SEO strategies across multiple office locations to boost regional search visibility.• Manage website structure and content updates, highlighting global case studies and advanced capabilities (AI & Behavioral Intelligence).2. Agency Reputation & Listing Management• Manage and optimize agency profiles on key directories: Clutch.co, SEMrush Agencies, Design Rush, Sortlist.• Implement a structured process to acquire and showcase 5-star client reviews across Google, Amazon, and industry platforms.3. Content Strategy & Compliance• Develop a monthly content calendar featuring company news, awards, and global partnerships; oversee execution.• Ensure all digital content complies with global standards, including ISO and partnership requirements (Google/Amazon).• Collaborate with internal divisions to produce thought leadership articles and technical case studies.4. Performance Analysis & Reporting• Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, rankings, lead quality) and provide reports to management.• Track the influence of directories and reviews on inbound lead generation.
Required Qualifications & Skills• Experience: 3–4 years in Digital Marketing, preferably within a B2B Marketing Agency or Corporate Communications.• Agency Background: Mandatory.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem (Clutch, Sortlist) and global compliance standards.• Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), GA4, Google Business Profile, and CMS platforms like Word Press.
Hiring Criteria & Preferences• Portfolio: Required (showcases SEO growth, directory management achievements, or corporate content strategies).• Certifications: Google Analytics, Hub Spot Inbound/SEO certifications are highly preferred.• Preferred Industry Experience: B2B Services, Technology, Experiential Marketing.• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred; notice periods accepted.
