Are you passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and helping people stay productive? We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and incidents Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software Support network connectivity and user access issues Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Assist with IT onboarding for new employees
Security & Compliance Adhere to company IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards Ensure data privacy and protection in all support operations
Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to support IT infrastructure Coordinate with external vendors and technical service providers Span of Communication All departments, IT Infrastructure, and Security Teams Vendors, service providers, and technical support partners
Boundaries & Decision-Making Operates within defined IT support protocols Escalates issues outside scope No authority for procurement or major configuration changes
Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Preferred: 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience
Key Skills Technical troubleshooting and diagnostics Windows and mac OS support Basic networking knowledge Strong customer service orientation
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Responsiveness and communication Ticket resolution time First-call resolution rate User satisfaction scores IT asset inventory accuracy
