Telesales Representative - Industry Software Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt (Full-Time, On-Site) Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales, preferably with industry-specific software solutions Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative with at least 1 year of experience in selling software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and demonstrate industry-specific software. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in target industries. Present, demonstrate, and sell industry-specific software solutions tailored to client needs. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, email follow-ups, and CRM management. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts. Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market trends. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Qualifications & Skills Required:Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in software/technology sales. Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., ERP, CRM, logistics, healthcare, or retail solutions). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Hub Spot). Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software products. Experience in B2B sales within the Egyptian or Middle Eastern market.
