· Coordinate product development and production for LUFIAN collections
· Follow up on samples (proto, fit, size set, PP) and ensure timely approvals
· Prepare and control costing sheets in line with brand margin targets
· Work closely with design team to ensure product feasibility and cost efficiency
· Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and sourcing teams
· Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of collections
· Ensure all products meet LUFIAN quality standards and brand requirements
· Identify production risks and propose solutions proactively
· Support collection planning and seasonal timelines
· Maintain accurate documentation and reports for styles and production status
