Job Details

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of accounting best practices.
