  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of interior design projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives, translating them into creative design solutions.
  • Develop detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, renderings, and material selections.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, such as floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using industry-standard software.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Oversee the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure design intent is realized during implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
