The Sales & Marketing Senior mgr is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and brand awareness for our wood cabinet lines. This role oversees all sales channels and marketing initiatives, developing and executing strategies to create a market share throughout the middle east & Africa, enhance customer loyalty, and achieve financial targets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative leader with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for the business division, aligning with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive threats, and new opportunities (e.g., new finishes, sustainable materials, market segments).
- Define target markets (e.g., luxury residential, multi-family, hospitality, remodeling) and create tailored go-to-market plans.
- Set annual sales targets, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor P&L for sales and marketing activities.
Sales Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (including inside sales, outside reps, and key account managers).
- Establish and manage relationships with key clients, including large contractors, architectural firms, interior design studios, and distributors.
- Develop and oversee sales processes, CRM management, and pipeline reporting to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Negotiate major contracts and pricing strategies.
- Explore and develop new sales channels (e.g., online B2B platforms, retail partnerships).
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Oversee all brand messaging, positioning, and creative direction across all materials.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
- Direct digital marketing efforts: SEO/SEM, website management, social media (Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz), email campaigns, and content strategy.
- Manage traditional marketing: trade shows (e.g., Le Marche, Big 5), print advertising in industry publications, brochures, and showroom displays.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including high-quality photography, video content, and sample programs.
- Develop and manage customer referral and loyalty programs.
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and media.
Analytics & Performance:
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and market feedback to measure ROI and inform strategic adjustments.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the executive team.
Product & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Product Development and Manufacturing teams to provide market-driven insights for new products and improvements.
- Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to installation.
