Job Vacancy: Executive Secretary

A multinational company based in Sheikh Zayed City is seeking to hire a highly experienced and professional Executive Secretary to support senior management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an executive secretarial role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
