Job Details

• Monitor daily facility operations and conduct regular inspections
• Supervise contractors, cleaning, and security services
• Handle tenant operational requests and complaints
• Ensure health, safety, and fire regulations compliance
• Prepare operational reports and follow up on work orders
• Responding to emergencies and operational incidents
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Record incidents, complaints, and maintenance logs
• Track work orders and service requests.
Bachelor’s degree (Facilities Management or related field preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of building systems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle emergencies and pressure situations
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Good Knowledge of Computer Skills (Office – Power point – Excel )
