3. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all critical systems and services.
4. Manage cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection, to safeguard sensitive stakeholder and financial data.

Real Estate Systems Support

1. Act as the primary technical lead for industry-specific software.
2. Ensure seamless integration between sales portals, financial modules, and project management tools.

Innovation & AI Integration

Proactively identify and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data analysis, and improve internal workflows. The use of AI for coding, troubleshooting, and documentation is highly encouraged and preferred to maintain a competitive edge.

Hardware & Asset Management

1. Oversee the procurement, configuration, and lifecycle management of all hardware assets (laptops, mobile devices, Plotters/Printers).
2. Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) with external providers.

Data Governance & Continuity

1. Ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data, including financial records, customer information, and proprietary project plans.
2. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and employee training on security best practices.
3. Establish and test rigorous backup and disaster recovery plans.
4. Ensure data integrity and compliance with local data protection regulations.
