We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager Assistant to join our team. This role supports the management of hotel accounts on booking platforms, from initial setup to daily pricing and availability follow-up.
- Assist Account Managers in managing relationships with hotel partners and booking platform clients.
- Update prices, availability, and room configurations on a daily basis.
- Coordinate pricing and availability with the Bed Room team to ensure alignment.
- Monitor market prices and support pricing decisions.
- Communicate regularly with hotel managers regarding rates, availability, and updates.
- Handle onboarding of new hotels by collecting rate plans, pricing, and required details.
- Ensure all account data is accurate and up to date.
