  • Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements for electrical systems.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and technical proposals for electrical works in line with client and project needs.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to gather accurate data for tender submissions.
  • Review and interpret electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate technical offers for electrical materials and equipment.
  • Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions to assess project scope and risks.
  • Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and delivered within strict deadlines.
  • Support contract negotiations by providing technical and commercial input related to electrical works.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and new technologies in electrical engineering.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in tendering processes and documentation.
