A senior economist and policy leader responsible for leading the Policy Support Unit (PSU) and positioning Expolink as a key policy interlocutor between exporters, government, and international partners. Provides strategic, evidence-based policy support to enhance export competitiveness.
- Lead the design and production of policy-oriented research, policy papers, briefs, and market intelligence reports addressing Egypt’s export performance, trade competitiveness, and investment climate
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative economic analysis (trade data, export structure, incentives, sectoral performance) to inform policy recommendations
- Act as Expolink’s focal point for policy dialogue with government entities, ministries, and regulators on export-related reforms
- Translate exporters’ challenges into actionable policy proposals and reform recommendations
- Support consultations on export incentives, trade facilitation, investment regulations, and competitive reforms
