Core Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot company infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization).
  • Deployment: Install and configure company products at customer sites (onsite or remote).
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Could you provide 2nd-level support for partners after implementation?
  • Handle helpdesk tickets and escalate to the 3rd level when needed.
  • Documentation: Create environment diagrams, installation/configuration guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
  • Training: Deliver technical training to clients.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers and technical teams for smooth deployments.
  • Monitoring & Automation: Automate system monitoring tasks using standard tools.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate professionally via email, phone, and chat.
