The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, while building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking. Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings. Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties. Negotiate offers, prices, and contract terms to close deals. Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams. Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM systems. Follow up with prospects and provide after-sales support. Stay updated on real estate market trends and property prices in Egypt. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude. Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market is a strong advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.
