We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to join a well-known Islamic Bank. the Ideal Candidate will enhance the design and usability of the Bank's software products.
Key Responsibilities Design Implementation: Improve existing user interface designs and propose enhancements that optimize usability and user satisfaction. Design System Collaboration: Co-build and maintain a scalable design system with fellow designers and developers. Requirement Translation: Convert product and user requirements into detailed style guides, design patterns, and polished interface components. Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with users, clients, product managers, and developers to capture goals and define effective design strategies. UX Deliverables: Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate the user experience. Problem Solving: Identify UX problems and suggest data-informed solutions, maintaining consistency with brand style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery. Experience Design: Help develop products, systems, and services that deliver meaningful, intuitive experiences to users. User Research: Conduct interviews, observations, and other research methods to gather actionable insights. Usability Testing: Run and evaluate usability tests to refine designs and ensure optimal performance and accessibility.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.5+ years' experience in UI/UX design, ideally within software or digital platforms. Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Excellent grasp of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly.
