=Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Expert role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Expert will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include tracking sales targets, managing product displays, and responding to customer inquiries effectively. The Sales Expert will also work collaboratively with team members and report on sales performance.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to create a positive Customer Experience Strong skills in Retail Sales and Sales performance with a proven track record of meeting targets Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in retail or sales roles is a plus Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
