Enterprise Holding is expanding, so, we’re hiring for"Technical HR Recruiter"
Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles.- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria. - Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:- +2 years of experience in a similar role.- ⁠Fluent in English.- Previous experience in the system integration field is a MUST.- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Work conditions:- Two days off.- Social and medical insurance.????Work Location: Sheraton, Cairo.
