Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fluent French Speaker located in New Cairo. The role involves interacting with French-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer support, and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of each interaction, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflows and service delivery. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications
Problem-solving, active listening, and critical thinking skills Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and in a collaborative team environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a fast-paced work environment Prior experience in call centers or international client support is a plus Fluency in French is a MUST B2/C1Native or Bilingual Proficiency Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is a MUST
