Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Expert with specialization in Customer Service and Business Central modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing scalable, secure, and production-grade enterprise applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that streamline operations, improve customer experience, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Technical Design
Design end-to-end enterprise-grade solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Business Central Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable technical architectures that integrate with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Azure services, custom APIs) Own the technical delivery from architecture to deployment in production environments, ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance
Customization & Development
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, Dataverse, C#, Type Script, and AL Language for Business Central Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, custom connectors, Power Automate flows, PCF controls, and business logic Ensure all developments follow Microsoft’s best practices, performance standards, and security protocols
Integration & Data Management
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Business Central, and external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs, OData, and Web Services Manage data migrations, data quality, and master data governance across entities
Testing, Deployment & Production Readiness
Build fully production-grade, cloud-native applications with rigorous unit, integration, and UAT testing Use Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines, source control, and branching strategies to manage code deployments Support performance tuning, incident resolution, and platform upgrades with minimal disruption
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with functional consultants, product owners, and end-users to gather feedback and iterate on features Produce robust technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and deployment guides for support and future scaling Provide mentoring and code reviews for junior developers
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with proven track record in Customer Service and Business Central implementations Deep technical knowledge in:
Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Case Management, SLAs, Queues, Knowledge Base, Omni-channel, etc.) Business Central (AL development, extensions, customizations) Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Experience building robust enterprise applications in a production environment with multi-tenant, high-security setups Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, App Insights, Azure SQL, Blob Storage Strong knowledge of software engineering practices: design patterns, SOLID principles, secure coding, and Dev Ops Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
