Role Description

This is a full-time Freelance Recruiter role based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent to fulfill hiring needs. Daily tasks include managing job postings, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies. The role also involves creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring timely placements.

Qualifications

Proficient in sourcing and recruitment strategies, including job board navigation, social media recruiting, and networking Skills in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidate fit for roles Ability to manage candidate relationships professionally and ensure a positive recruitment experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers and team members Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is advantageous Previous experience in talent acquisition or a similar field is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirableenglish level from b1
