Responsibilities Prepare BOQ which includes the quantity, required materials’ specifications and estimated cost for Architecture & Structural departments according to the project budget. Define projects' costing by identifying the direct cost, overheads, material’s cost and risk provision after consolidating the BOQ (Price Analysis). Undertake breakdown of Variation Orders (VO). Issuing financial, technical reports and payment invoices. Issuing compensations and claims for contractors. Apply Price differences. Delegate tasks to the subordinates and provide them with the needed support to ensure high levels of performance
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture, Mechanical, And Electrical5 - 7 years of experience as QS Engineer. Attention to details and commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure.
