Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative
Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts and data integration processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications to support data-driven initiatives. Experience in the banking domain and proficiency in SQL are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and data requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
- Support the design and validation of data solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and solution design.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and validating outcomes against business expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes and documentation practices.
Technical Skills & Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and data integration methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Familiarity with banking domain processes or financial services (advantageous).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments is a plus.
RequirementsPreferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in data-focused or BI/Analytics projects.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools or reporting platforms (optional).
