Job Summary:
The Compliance Lead is a senior compliance professional responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s compliance program. The role provides advanced expertise, ensuring adherence to internal policies, the Code of Conduct, and applicable laws and regulations. This is a senior individual contributor role, reporting to the Compliance Manager, without direct team leadership responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and risk reviews, identifying gaps and recommending mitigation actions.
- Maintain and update the compliance risk register, ensuring risks are assessed, tracked, and mitigated.
- Provide expert guidance to business units on compliance matters, helping prevent regulatory breaches.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness sessions for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Legal, Internal Controls, and other departments to ensure regulatory alignment and process improvements.
- Support incident investigations and reporting, including potential policy violations or regulatory breaches.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices, advising management accordingly.
