Job Details

  • Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, guiding them in the Scrum framework and promoting Agile best practices. 
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team. 
  • Help the team resolve conflicts and obstacles, ensuring they remain focused on their goals. 
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities. 
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders effectively. 
  • Track team performance and progress through relevant metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts). 
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and quality. 
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in Agile practices, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing. 
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions on Agile methodologies and principles. 
  • Continuously assess and refine the Agile processes within the team, promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation. 
  • Gather feedback from the team and stakeholders to enhance the development workflow.
