Job Details

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and induction programs.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, attendance, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Help organize and execute employee engagement and training activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.

1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related administrative position.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
