·        Develop growth strategies for Bill Payment to increase user acquisition and transaction volume within the app.


·        Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for personalization and upselling, enhancing customer lifetime value.


·        Lead promotional campaigns and partnerships to boost engagement metrics like monthly active users (MAU) and gross transaction value (GTV).


·        Prioritize feature requests and requirements for Bill payment in collaboration with Product team, ensuring timely implementation that supports commercial targets.


·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and average revenue per user, optimizing for profitable growth.


·        Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and analytics to execute app-specific initiatives, driving seamless integration and synergies.


·        Conduct A/B testing and experiments on app elements like UI flows and pricing models to improve retention and reduce churn.


·        Report on commercial performance to Bill payment leadership, providing actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.


·        Liaise closely with the Business Development team to identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partnerships and new service offerings within the app, contributing to ecosystem expansion and revenue diversification.


Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and app policies while innovating to maintain a competitive edge in the fintech space.

o   Strong command of experimentation frameworks, hypothesis-driven testing, statistical significance, and optimization techniques to continuously iterate on in-app flows, pricing, personalization, and promotions for maximum commercial uplift.


o   Data-Driven Decision Making & Business Intelligence


o   Proficiency in synthesizing complex data sets, building growth models, forecasting performance, and using tools like SQL, Excel (advanced), Power BI, Looker, or similar to support forward-thinking strategy and P&L (Profit & Loss Statement) ownership.


o   Digital Marketing & Campaign Orchestration


o   Deep knowledge of app-specific growth levers including push/in-app notifications, CRM automation, ASO/SEO basics, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization engines to drive scalable user acquisition, activation, and engagement.


o   Product & Tech Collaboration Literacy


o   Solid understanding of agile product development, user journey mapping, prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, ICE), and core app concepts (APIs, UX principles, mini-apps) to define clear requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and partner effectively with central Product/Engineering teams.


o   Fintech & Regulatory Awareness


o   Practical knowledge of fintech ecosystem dynamics, payment/microfinance/consumer finance regulations, compliance requirements, and risk considerations to ensure growth initiatives remain viable, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
