Strong customer service and communication skills• Proven experience handling high call volumes.• Strong understanding of insurance (HMO & PPO)• ECW (e Clinical Works) experience• Medical or pharmacy background is a must Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Egypt time) Saturday & Sunday off
