Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service (English) position located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and customer experience. Daily tasks will include providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
