Purpose of Job Contribute to strengthening the digital presence of the brand by developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies, delivering measurable results across various channels and platforms, in support of the company’s marketing and commercial objectives in the Egyptian and GCC markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for all KPM brands across various markets and target segments. Coordinate with Brand Managers to ensure digital objectives align with overall marketing and sales goals. Plan and manage digital marketing budgets for each brand based on brand needs, audience behavior, and channel performance. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including:Video-on-Demand (VOD) campaigns Whats App marketing campaigns Social media advertising (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Snapchat) Google Ads / SEM and display advertising Ensure advertising messages and creative designs are tailored to each platform and audience segment. Support the development and optimization of corporate and e-commerce websites. Collaborate with web developers to enhance user experience (UI/UX), conversion rates, and technical SEO. Oversee the creation and performance tracking of dedicated landing pages. Monitor and analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights,Tik Tok Ads Manager, and others. Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Track key performance indicators including traffic, click-through rates, engagement, and conversion metrics. Liaise with external digital agencies to manage campaign execution, media buying, and content development. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies. Execute retargeting strategies across platforms such as Meta and Google to re-engage users. Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and consumer behavior in the GCC and Egyptian markets to ensure innovation and competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. From (10–15) years of experience. In the same field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Luxury, fashion, or premium industries experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of business development & research concepts, strategy and best practices. Media knowledge with digitalization such as: Google ads, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok ads, …etc.). Self-Starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, stay focused and set clear milestones. Fluency in English.
