Qualifications Development Bank (QDB) is the first accreditation body serving the vocational sector in Egypt, and the sole authorized representative of City and Guilds. QDB focuses on qualifying and accrediting training centers and educational facilities within the technical and vocational fields.
Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for an Assessment Management Officer at Qualifications Development Bank located in New Cairo. The Assessment Management Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day assessment operations, managing assessment programs. Responsibilities & Duties: Coordinate training schedules and arrange assessment dates with training centers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Orient , qualify and Audit assessors by explaining the assessment process and guidelines. Prepare and print assessment exam papers. Attend examination days with technical SMEs at centers or schools to monitor assessment implementation and ensure compliance with procedures. Verify and mark exam papers, Analyze results against model answers or assessment criteria to determine if learners are qualified for certification or require re-assessment. Compile and analyze collective assessment results. Evaluate student survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Update and improve assessment versions based on SME feedback, observations, and data analysis. Develop new assessment versions as needed.

Qualifications B. Sc. degree in Business Administration or in relevant field, such as Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or statistics. 5-7 years of experience working in relevant field. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different stakeholders and audiences. Being Passionate about learning and development. Acquiring a high degree of understanding cultural sensitivity and diversity. Proficiency with MS office Suite with excellence in excel and Power Point. Excellent command of English and Arabic language C1; (written and spoken ).
