Prepare and submit all sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
Calculate achievement rates (sales – allowances) and commission percentages for the sales team according to the approved system, and submit them to the Sales Manager for approval.
Receive orders or incoming phone calls from customers.
Monitor daily targets with the sales team, track results, prepare reports, and record them in the system.
Coordinate with technical services for the sales system and report any malfunctions or maintenance procedures.
Record all data related to sales representatives, customers, and daily sold quantities, and submit the reports.
Receive orders from key customers, register them in the system, and submit to the Sales Manager.
Communicate with customers, inform them of sales offers, receive complaints and suggestions, and submit them to the direct manager.
Track price changes, inform customers, and record all product and price updates in the system.
Ensure the accuracy of inventory balances in the warehouse and verify that representatives’ vehicles do not contain unrecorded stock.
Record the departure of sales representatives and their assigned routes in the departure log.
Supervise, monitor, and control the sales team.
Apply disciplinary actions according to company regulations and submit reports to management.
Conduct regular meetings with sales representatives.
Coordinate vacation schedules among representatives according to company policy.
Place purchase orders with the procurement department if stock is unavailable in the warehouse.
Train sales representatives continuously to improve their selling skills.
