A-Build Egypt for Contracting S. A. E, a leading construction company established in 2000, is seeking to hire a Legal Officer (Corporate Experience) to join its team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Legal Officer with solid corporate legal experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate legal affairs, corporate and trade law, and dealing with governmental authorities, particularly GAFI (General Authority for Investment) and related entities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all corporate legal matters and company documentation Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements Manage company incorporation, amendments, and corporate governance matters Liaise with GAFI (General Authority for Investment) and other governmental authorities related to companies Handle trade law, commercial registrations, and regulatory compliance Follow up on labor and commercial court cases Coordinate with external legal counsel when required Provide legal advice and legal support to management on business operations Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law3–5 years of corporate legal experience within companies Registered with the Egyptian Bar Association (Primary Registration قيد ابتدائي فى النقابة) Proven experience dealing with GAFI and governmental authorities Experience handling labor and commercial court cases Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Ability to start work on February 1st
