The Role
We are looking for fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, provide effective solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
This position requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. The role also includes upselling incentives of up to $60 per sale.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently • Maintain strong knowledge of products and services • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For
• English level: B2 or above (spoken and written) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work rotational shifts • No prior experience required — full training is provided • Graduates are welcome to apply


What We Offer • Net salary: 18,000 EGP (including KPIs) • Upselling incentives: up to $60 per sale • Overnight allowance: 90 EGP per hour for shifts starting from 6:00 PM • Overtime pay: $5 per hour • Transportation provided across Cairo and Giza • Door-to-door transportation for females after 11:00 PM • Medical and social insurance • Career growth opportunities after 6 months • Gym access and exclusive store discounts
