Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will assist clients with inquiries, provide solutions to their concerns, and ensure superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer communications via phone and other channels, addressing complaints effectively, maintaining customer experience standards, and ensuring a welcoming, positive interaction at every touchpoint.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Exceptional Phone Etiquette and communication abilities Proven ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries with a positive attitude Experience in working within a team-driven environment Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Prior experience in a customer service or related role is advantageous
