Role Description
This is an entry-level, full-time position for a Property Advisor at KHL Real Estate Co. The role is on-site at the New Cairo office. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property management and investment opportunities, guiding customers through property transactions, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Property Advisor will actively engage clients, provide insights into real estate offerings, and maintain long-term professional relationships through effective communication and personalized solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interaction and relationship management. Basic knowledge or interest in Property Management and Investments to assist clients in decision-making processes. Understanding of Finance principles as they apply to real estate transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment. Proactive and adaptable approach towards achieving company and client goals.
