Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Specialist & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role blends strategic marketing expertise with creative content production to strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with the ability to design campaigns, craft compelling content, and manage digital platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.2. Content Creation & Management Produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content (blogs, articles, social posts, videos, infographics). Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand voice and consistency. Support employer branding and internal communications with creative materials.3. Digital Marketing Execution Manage and grow social media channels (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube). Optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads). Support email marketing campaigns with persuasive copy and visuals.4. SEO & Website Optimization Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking. Collaborate with web developers/designers to enhance website content and user experience. Monitor analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.5. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports. Use insights to refine strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.6. Brand Management Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all content. Develop creative campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and reputation. Support product launches and promotional activities with tailored content.7. Event & Campaign Support Create promotional materials for events, webinars, and trade shows. Manage live coverage of company events on social media. Prepare post-event reports and content recaps.8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, platforms, and trends. Experiment with new content formats (podcasts, reels, interactive posts). Recommend innovative strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communications. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms. Experience with video editing and multimedia content production is a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
