Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in 5th Settlement Cairo, Egypt. The customer service support will handle customer inquiries efficiently, travel plans, hotels and reservations and provide high customer satisfaction levels.


Qualifications

Strong customer-focused skills including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction and excellent Communication skills Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential Flexibility to work in a rotational shifts condition (maximum 2 AM for females)
