Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Nozha for a Telemarketing Consultant specializing in Solar Accounts wih no exprince needed. The consultant will actively engage with potential clients by making outbound calls and following up on leads to promote solar energy solutions. Duties will include understanding customer needs, explaining product offerings, providing accurate information, and maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborative work with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and improve customer engagement will also be required.

Qualifications

B2 levrl of English Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and build lasting relationships. Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to promote solar solutions and achieve company sales goals. Basic Project Management skills to assist in organizing leads and coordinating activities. Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment and meet targets in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or renewable energy is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software is an advantage.
