  • Supervise and manage daily sales call center operations to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales agents to improve closing rates and revenue
  • Monitor sales KPIs such as conversion rate, talk time, productivity, and target achievement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing sales coaching and feedback
  • Ensure adherence to sales scripts, processes, and quality standards
  • Handle escalated customer and sales issues professionally
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management
  • Work closely with management to implement sales strategies and performance improvement plans

Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor / Team Leader in a sales environmentStrong background in telesales / outbound or inbound sales call centersExcellent leadership, coaching, and sales skillsStrong ability to analyze KPIs and drive performance improvementsVery good communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targetsGood computer skills and experience with CRM systems
