Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee MEP engineering activities at project sites, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare, review, and update technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for MEP systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.
Support the procurement process by preparing material take-offs and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery. - Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on site activities.
Ensure all MEP installations adhere to local codes, standards, and client specifications.
Identify and report any discrepancies or potential risks in design or execution to the project management team. - Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems upon project completion.
